What is Cider Vinegar and what is it good for?

NOW® Cider Vinegar Caps is a traditional formula to support the body's natural fat metabolism. As with any dietary support supplement, this product only works in conjunction with regular exercise and a healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables, and low in animal fats and sugars.

How many Cider Vinegar caps should I take and when? Will I have gastrointestinal discomfort while taking this product?

Optimally, you should take 2 capsules 2-3 times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals. Do not take in-between meals, and do not abstain from eating after you take this product.
 
Because Cider Vinegar is acidic, it may cause gastrointestinal discomfort if not taken as directed. You should also be sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily.
