  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All items are shipped  Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or back-ordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

    All Canadian orders over 100CAD$ are free shipping.  All international orders other than Canada, please call or email us for detailed shipping charges.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ELG Nutrition is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Return Policy

  • If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to ELG Nutrition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. (Some) products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to (business name) at the customers’ expense. ELG Nutrition will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.     Cancellation policy
    Orders must be canceled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
